Just been looking at quotes for European breakdown. (these cover taking the car and driver home if required)

Alot of companies screw cars that are over 10 years old.

Quotes recieved so far for my Cooper (12yrs old)

RAC - £80.63
AA - £132
Greenflag - £59 tbc

Just booked breakdown cover. Quote from Fluxy was £62, but RAC beat that at £56 (am already a RAC member and they did me club discount - which brought it down from £106).

just done my breakdown cover through RAC. RAC Online £80.63 phoned them up and it was reduced to £50.40 as a member of the NMOC Smile

Best I could get was £62
But that was with agreed value. Do watch your cover as some will only repair up to market value (Glasses guide) which on our cars is around 37p.
