Re: East Coast Mini Club Grand Prix
payment terms set down by East Coast are as follows:-
£10.00 deposit by 31st August 2012 (non refundable).
Balance £27.00 by 31st October 2012 (non refundable)
£1.50 Insurance will be payable on the day
I cant make the August meeting due to work, so deposits prefered at the July meeting so I can send one payment off to Pat

Re: East Coast Mini Club Grand Prix
So far...
1. Craig £10 paid
2. Dan £10 paid
3. Steve £10 paid
4. Andrew £10 paid
5. Keith £10 paid
6. Alan £10 paid
7. Paul Dale £10 paid
8. Dave Pickup £10 paid
9. Georgie (Steve's wife) £10 paid
Wingnut - did you say last night you were bowing out of this? I forget.
Craig, Dan, Kimi - can you bring deposits to the committee meeting next week please.
Dan - can you get a deposit off Andrew and Craig from Steve?
Any other takers?
I'll have the other deposits with me next week - either you or I can send them off Craig.
Pat emailed me, Michelle and Craig today. He says we're down for 10 places at the moment which is a nice number for two teams of 5. If Wingnut isn't coming it means we're down to 8. I spoke to the lad who does the kart racing last night and I think he might come along - I can't remember his name (sorry if you're reading this, my bad) - but if we can't find out for sure I guess we'll have to go with 8. Don't know if we'll be allowed two teams of 4 or not...
Balance of £27 will be needed by October's meeting.
1. Craig £10 paid

4. Andrew £10 paid
5. Keith £10 paid

8. Dave Pickup £10 paid
9. Georgie (Steve's wife) £10 paid

Re: East Coast Mini Club Grand Prix
The balance for this event needs to be paid by the end of the month so can everyone bring the remaining £32.50 to the club meeting this week please.
Apparently there are 50 drivers taking part so it should be a great day of racing!
Edit: I've just noticed it was £27 we were supposed to pay as a balance - will find out why it's increased.
Edit2: It's not increased, original price was £42.50 (see first post in this thread) not sure why Craig then thought it was £27 a bit further down the page.

Re: East Coast Mini Club Grand Prix
Paul can no longer make it, so there's a spare place if anyone is interested - would be a shame to lose the deposit.
Dave - can you let me know if you're still coming, I haven't received your balance yet and don't want to write a cheque out for the lot if you can't make it after all.

Re: East Coast Mini Club Grand Prix
Time to do some homework on the track layout. A total of 48 drivers are taking part
Re: East Coast Mini Club Grand Prix
Just been looking at route to the kart track. Postcode is IP1 5AP (12 farthing rd)
Looks like a Thetford and cross job for the swaffham/Fakenham lot. Keith and anyone from Norwich we can meet you at the end of the A140 (needham market area?)

There's a Travelodge at the A14/A140 junction? (IP6 8LP)
