Re: Skegness Mini Fest - 16/17 July
More info:
Hi,
I recently sent you an invite to Skeg Mini Fest. I now have an update for you regarding food for the event. We've had a meeting with the landlord of the Welcome. After much negotiation the following was agreed:-
Small camping stoves are allowed for cooking breakfasts.
There will be a burger van on site both days.
The pub will be doing a special menu for the event, with cheap but good food.
The Sunday carvery will be offered at a discounted price. (the portions will not be reduced).
The BBQ, included in the ticket price, is a set menu. There will be vegetarian options.
Ourselves and the landlord have aimed to make the food as cheap as going to a supermarket and buying your own to cook. So you should be able to have food made for you and just sit back and enjoy the event. Alcohol may still only be purchased from the Welcome Inn. I hope this makes thing clearer and easier for every one and look forward to seeing you at Skeg Mini Fest 2011. (www.skegminifest.co.uk).
Best wishes
