Official Photos

Sarah Weston, the official photographer, has put up a selection of her best shots from the day on her website here.

If anyone would like to buy any images, prices start at £11 for an A4 unmounted print - see her website for more prices/sizes.

Those of you that frequent other club forums - can you spread the link around in case anyone is interested in buying some copies, thanks.

I've spoken to Sarah the photographer and she's kindly agreed to add some of the non-Mini photos to her website soon (webspace permitting) and has also added an option to buy 5"x7" copies of the photos for £2.75 each. Compared to the original £11 for an A4 copy I think that's pretty good value.

Not one of the eight cars we had on display or the stand beside us, hardly any of the cars near the trade area or an awful lot of the rest of the show really, the few pics taken seem to be several of the same cars from different angles taken in a bit of a hurry as some are not all in shot (146r0230web, 146r9977web, 146R9984Web are examples of this) makes the show look tiny and under attended, not a good thing from an 'official photographer' in my opinion!
(My sister is a photographer so i get a little critical of professional pics taken like holiday snaps, sorry all, no offence meant)

I wonder if it's even worth having an 'official' photographer in future - those of us who took pictures and were organising the day at the same time seemed to do just fine and got some great shots to boot.

yeah good idea keith, think there is enough talent in our club that take great photos ie:- craig, harry . . etc

hear hear we have the people within the club who can do a better job

Phew, glad it's not just me then!! Didn't want to upset anyone here, just thought the show deserved better really!
