Re: NMOC GP II
I personally think that £60 per person is a tad expensive for go karting, so i'm gonna look around norfolk for a cheaper go karting place, as then, we could get some more people turning up to race, and leave us with some money in our pockets..

Right, a couple of places;
Red Lodge in Newmarket.
http://www.redlodgekarting.com/grandprix.html
Anglia Karting Centre
http://www.anglia-karting.co.uk/
I'll be ringing them both in the morning, so will put the prices and dates on here tomorrow, to let you all to choose what you'd rather do..

Re: NMOC GP II
Right, i've provisionally booked Red Lodge for Saturday the 18th September, for 3pm ('cos they have long events)
It's a Grand Prix 100 event, on the 1200m circuit.
There's a minimum of 16 people allowed to go, and a maximum of 28.
It's £53 per person, or can get that to £48 per person if we change to go on the 700m track.
So is this ok with everyone?
Please let me know asap, then I can properly book it?

Sat 18th is good for me.
How much deposit do they want? I know this will be a popular one so I can put it on my credit card if you like and get the slot secured?
Red Lodge looks like it's not too dissimilar from Beccles too - nice big curvy track, 270cc karts... it's gonna be fun!!

Re: NMOC GP II
They want £106 because that will cover two racers costs, at the moment, it's only booked provisionally, but i've explained to them about my student bank account (empty ) and they said if anyone rings up and wants that date, they'll ring me and give me one last chance to pay, if I can't, i'll lose the booking..
So if you get some deposits tomorrow, Craig. I could pop by yours tomorrow and collect them if possible, and book it properly tomorrow night, or monday..
