Ferry
Okay I've checked on the internet and the cost is £30 if we get the 08.00 on the Thursday and the 20.00 back on the Tuesday.
This will be Dover Dunkirk.
Car must be Under 2.4 metres high and under 5 metres long. Good news is the price is the same for one or two people per car and with a couple of kids
I need £30 in the next few days, we will sort out the support vehicle split once numbers are comfirmed.
Let me know on here once you've posted payment.
Please enclose Name, Address, Passengers, Reg number with payment.
I'll ring them once we have everybody onboard rather than try to internet book for this number of people.
Payment to
Johnnie Hales
The Old Chapel

Quick as you like people

Re: Ferry
Why does Norfolkline want £142 for me to take the trailer. Mini with trailer attached is still under 5 metres. It may be left at home unless they will play ball.
I wonder if I could smuggle it in the back of tiggers mini 4x4

Re: Ferry
I've had some great news from Norfolkline. They have done me a deal for car and trailer. £50.00 but we have been put on the freight deck due to the steepness of the ramp to the car deck. Well done Norfolkline:cheers:
I've booked our tickets.
Germany here we come

Re: Ferry
Okay meine erotischen Freunde.
I have booked the ferry for all those who have paid. I have booking referance numbers for you, which I will distribute when I next see you.
As we agreed we are travelling from Dover to Dunkirk on 20/05/10 at 08.00 and returning 25/05/10 at 20.01.
The tickets are amedable for all but travel dates and times for free, so if people have to change cars or add or remove passengers thats all cool.
For those who have yet to pay or commit, I have the details for booking which I am happy to pass on, however the lady said the ferry is starting to fill so pull your fingers out people if you wish to travel together. Apparently there are other clubs on the ferry with us, so that should be good.
I have paid for the support Ranger and the credit card fees so I'll add that bit onto the next payment shared out between everybody in the party.
Next step I want to do is the actual IMM fees which I will be booking between Xmas and new year. I'll give you all notice of amounts required in the next couple of weeks and we'll do as we did with cheques/cash to me if everybodies happy?

Re: Ferry
Fine with me.
You'll have to bear in mind there will be a money transfer charge aswell when we book the IMM tickets. (and the joys of the exchange rate)
