These type of vans (usually on A55 pick-ups or Commer PBs) were used by all the big designers like Mary Quant, Norman Hartnell etc. They were seen all over the west end delivering expensive gowns and other garb to posh shops.

The body is worth a deal of cash as a rare commercial vehicle body. The whole article; pu & body are well worth saving.
