finally got an email back saying that there looking in to it sent of for my tickets months ago with postal orders after going to the post office and finding out that 20pounds has been cashed and 10 pounds hasnt been emailing them down south for what feels like forever hope ill get some news soon

I know in busy offices it is easy to open mail and then chuck out the envelope with a cheque (or PO) still in it. Good job you were able to chase it up at the Post Office or you might never have found out. Have they given you a date when they will be in touch by? If not then insist they do so. Does the Post Office cover the loss of POs?
