It looks like we could have an issue about driving the stelvio. Someone has just posted on the IMM facebook page saying its closed until June!!

More for Ians benefit as everyone else has a message on Facebook. Due to the above issue about the Stelvio.
I have come up with a detour which looks like this:-
Ulm to Valdidentro (no change) 255 miles
Valdidrentro to Verona (as before) but heading south to Monza and across. This will mean doubling back 28 miles at the start (but it does look like 28 miles of bends
) total for the day 218miles
Monza is 118 miles from the hotel so a good stop point.
What do you all think?
