Colchester Mini Show

I went to the Colchester Mini show today in the Coventry cat .
The show itself is about the same size as our Miniday .
The autojumble was productive . I purchased a normal rocker cover for Boris , some now discontinued black wiper arms to replace the decorative but useless stainless steel items on the Super Cooper and yet another steering wheel , a 1978 Astrali !
One of the auto jumblers was the East Anglian Mini Centre .

They might be worth looking up for a reasonably local source of second hand Mini bits.
There were a couple of Mini's for sale at £2000 and £3000 respectively , which I thought looked good value .
I met Paul Dawson , the fat boys (sorry lads I can't remember your names ) and Richard Mortlock and co.
At one stage I was travelleng on a dual carriageway , on a concrete surface at an unmentionable speed and the only noise to be heard was wind whistling around the windscreen , now that's Jaguar motoring !
