Re: Mini In The Park 2012
Hopefully me and Mark, it was a really good show last year. Are you thinking of camping or just going for the day?

Re: Mini In The Park 2012
I think that John & Kat are planning to go to this too and take both their cars. Shalll I look into getting a club stand as there seems a few of us up for this? I think that gets discounted tickets too.

Re: Mini In The Park 2012
To be more specific on the club ticket advance prices it's £6 for a driver (inc car) and £8 for a passenger - so a saving on the £10 general advance price and £15 on the day.
There is a theme for club stands - cartoons. Deadline for booking a club stand is 1st July. Can add extra driver/passengers after that date.
If we're all interested I will book a stand and couple of cars in and then we can sort it out next meeting?
Ian, it's minis only @ £6 unfortunately

I stuck the form in the post on Monday to book mine, Mark, John & Kat's tickets. Happy to book extras if anyone wants to give me some pennies next meeting.

Re: Mini In The Park 2012
I have had confirmation of the club stand booking for this.
We can book extra tickets until 2 weeks before (they did say 1 week before on the 'phone though).
Ian, or anyone else who perhaps is not taking a mini, we can book tickets at the £8 passenger rate for other cars (as against the £10 advance price or £15 price on the day).

Re: Mini In The Park 2012
whats the score about booking tickets at the clubstand rate of £6??
just looked on the mitp site and it doesnt give any option for buying them, just the £10 ones.

Just ordered the tickets for me, Andy, Ben and support car.
I believe Ben's turbo clubby will being doing the 1/4 mile.

Re: Mini In The Park 2012
For those of us not camping we certainly won't be getting a lie-in. Arrival time at Santa Pod is 7 - 9 a.m.
Google says the raceway is an hour and a half from Barton Mills (post code is NN29 7XA). So does it make sense to meet at 6.15 a.m. at Barton Mills?
