Top Gear Xmas Special

So what do we think of what they did to that poor Mini last night?

If you didn't see it, they took a 2000 Cooper Sport and drove it across india, gradually breaking it in the process. It started off in what looked to be near mint condition and by the end it was a mess.

The only saving grace may be that people will have watched the program who might now be interested in Minis as it proved to fair better than the other cars featured (A Jag and a Rolls).

The rest of the programme was more than a bit predictable and totally scripted and so wasn't very entertaining IMO.

As both a Mini and a Jag fan it was a shame to see them trashed .
To be honest I felt we had seen it it all before , just the cars and location were different . This format is now looking tired .

It was a bit scripted. None of the cars broke down which was a shame....
