I would like to know who will be attending Stanford in a couple of weeks cause if we have more than 20 cars some of you are going to be dissappointed, a) we only have 20 tickets and b) we can only get 20 cars on our stand.

So far I presume the following are attending:
Lee, Me and kids (1 mini & 1 scenic)
Craig
Johnnie and Chendi
Dan Studd
Peter Studd
Harry
Wingnut
Andy and Jane
Postie
Leigh
Keith??
Ron and Sue (not in mini I dont think??) correct

If we do over subscribe I would suggest it will be decided on events attended with the club during the year, meetings attended and those who help out at mini-day and other events.
I hope everybody would agree that thats the only fair way?

I realize Liz and myself havn't been to many of the NMOC supported events as we have been doing much of our own thing but if there is space on the stand we would love to be there.

I'll pop him down on a reseve list if thats ok, as we are doing free entry for members who have supported the club throughout the year as the priority.

We only have 3 spare places at the moment, and as some members arent on the forum we will need to see them at the meeting at the start of the month.

as theres going to be 20 odd cars going to Stanford Hall shall we meet in the Travelodge carpark at Barton Mills?? Otherwise we're going to cause havoc in the petrol station.

If you want to hook up later in the covoy just keep a ear out on channel 8 we should be by at 8.15ish
