Mini Day 2011

Mini Day this year will once again be held on the second bank holiday weekend in May, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th.

On Saturday afternoon we'll have the 3rd Crab Run - £5 entry (free if you're camping on Saturday night), on Saturday evening we'll be having another quiz night in the bar at the Prince of Wales Stand and of course Mini Day itself on the Sunday from 10am.

just to let you all know i had a call from the racecourse and they said anybody that wants to stay for extra as it the bank holiday weekend the prices are £6 an adult and £3 a child (between 5 and 16) and we are ok to stay in the same field as the show camping

what ever you do dont book your camping thru the racecourse for the saturday night. as we pay for the whole tent site for the weekend.

yer she said that just pay for the extra days if you want them

just the other year a visiting club booked direct with racecourse and put them with caravans. we also lost the camping money

do we need to prebook for clubstand? If so where can i get the forms to fill them out and send off.

Thanks for the speedy reply i'm with Mini Wip's we have been to this and many other show's in the past but now we have a name. I have to say this show is one of our favorites we try and go every year.

Hi, just making sure we're still ok with the clubstand for 10 cars plus gazebo for Cambs Custom Classics, do you still want a form filling out and sending? If so I'll get it in the post this week

I've arranged for the caterers to serve up bacon rolls ect for the campers on the sunday morning.

how many people would be up for this? need to give them a rough number.

they will also be donating a percentage of takings to the miniday fund
