ps did you know that bloke had had that 1100 42 years. Bought it in 1968 on 1st August. Done 234000 miles you know....................didn't like to talk about it really

Johnnie , I would never have taken you for an Austin 3-litre fan. The car was truly one of the British motor industries greatest fiasco's.

I had some bloke tell me about a austin 1100 he'd had it 42yrs from new i think? Is it the same bloke do anyone know?

I heard he got his trailer in 1999 and it's done 34,000 miles, think I heard him the first two times haha.
