Final IMM Meeting.

For those that didnt make the meeting tonight.

For those travelling down to Dover the night before to the Travelodge. We will meet at Barton Mills services @ 3pm this will allow us to get some food near to Dover.

Ferry departs Dover @ 08.00 so we have said that we will all meet up at the port entrance @ 06.30 we need to be booked in 1hr prior to departure.

Johnnie has everyones ferry tickets printed out if you booked through him.

Make sure your cars are fully insured for the trip overseas and have breakdown cover (not that we will need it)

All cars need a GB sticker, just buy a cheap one

Spares. - Most people have sorted out spares but we need a jump pack if anyone has one??

1st aid kits - Everyone needs to carry one.

Contact numbers - Everyone to pass on their contact numbers at the port or pref before hand.

Gazeebo - Johnnie is going to arrange to pick up a club gazeebo from Michelle

Food - Just take nibbles etc as we will get shopping once over the otherside.

Cooking - Upto the individuals but Mark has a BBQ

Headlight deflectors - I have black vinyl to make these up once at Dover.
