how many of cambs custom classics are camping??? cause I have no booking forms, you needed to have booked your pitch and paid the fees due.

Henry I have had word from Des you are the only one camping from the club, so can you please let me know how many adults and how many children will be in the trailer tent??

Adults (over 16) are £5 each along with a pass for sunday of £4 each
Children under 16 are free for both camping and the sunday.

This must be paid to me before you set up. I have now added you to the list.

there will be 2 adults and 4 under 16

apologises for earlier if I sounded abrupt, just panicking abit about the room, but the other assure me that we will have space and it should be a really good night with so many of us there.

See you sat, arrive somewhere between 12:30 and 1 to pitch up and then the convoy will be lining up at 2 to leave at 2:30 for chips at cromer.

If we need more room in the campsite then any surplus cars can either park in the main field over night or in the field which will be the car park on Sunday. So yes, room for your wife's car, it's just it may end up being parked a little away from your trailer, hope that's ok.

ITs just me and Naomi coming now so it will be a small tent instead of are massive one

Leigh if you want to bing your big tent its fine, I am sure everything will work out!!!

I am affraid it will be on a first come first served basis so if you dont arrive with who you want to be pitched next to then make sure you meet before hand and convoy in.

However I am sure some of you have already agreed to do this as lets face it we know that NMOC love their mini 'convoys'

hi sorry if it short notice but my youngest is not well it looks like i wont be camping now just coming on sunday

Tom and Audrey (bluenose) have also had to pull out of the weekend, due to unforeseen circumstances

Its just me and Naomi coming so a small tent will be fine for us havent had the chance to clean the big tent that we used at IMM its filthy
