IMPORTANT
Sorry folks, I'm stuck working away again for all this week and possibly most of next !!

I think we are going to have to revert to a plan B situation and book our own rooms. I'm very sorry about this as I had always planned to group book but, the gods of medical equipment servicing are against me at the moment and I'm just not getting the time to dedicate to club commitments.
So please use the links above to book your rooms ASAP.

Let me know on here once you're in, and if anybody has any problems PLEASE let us know.

The outward hotel seems straight forward enough, and its a Formula 1 on the way back that tends to be in a double bed/single bed format.

Craig and Harry I assumed as the two singley travellers you may share a twin room? I'll leave you to talk?

Leigh; as the Formula 1 rooms are for 3 people (costs the same no matter how many use it) do you want me to book Chase in with Chend and I, then we'll sort out arrangements when we get there? On the way out I assumed you'd grab a family room?

Could the regulars on here please make sure that the non-regulars are aware of the situation
