on the trail of the lonesome burger!!!!
Hang on lads (& lasses) I've had an idea.
Its time for another Billingford Burger trail.
Following the success of last years event, lets do something along the same lines again. what I propose is a tresure hunt along a defined route collecting clues and objects for around 50 to 60 miles, This will be followed by a BBQ in the Billingford field. A social, a few games and then an evening cruise back to Norwich, through the city centre (showing off basically)
Starting late morning at the Cottage and finishing back there in the evening.
The date jumping off the page at me is August 30th.
We can invite a couple of other clubs and make a day of it? Phil and I are happy to put a tresure hunt route together and if there is some interest on this date I'll see if I can sort out getting the field and village hall again.
Wat da ya say!!!!!!!!

Re: on the trail of the lonesome burger!!!!
*Bump*
Plans for this are coming along nicely, a few more details for you:
Start at The Cottage at 10am
Finish at Billingford Village Hall at 4pm
Entry is £5 per car which includes 1 free burger/hotdog voucher.
Oh, and spread the word - this isn't a Mini only event, invite your friends, family, mistresses... anyone!

I think we should invite the East Anglia Alfa Owners Club, they seem like really nice people who wouldn't hurt anyone.. (:

they were there last year, but due to this years event clashing with their version of IMM/MITP in holland its a no go this year.
This is open to non motoring groups so please invite anybody. More people = more money for the NMOC
