yet again my screen has cracked 3rd 1 in a year the screen is far to tight any ideas

Needs to get some measurements and maybe take a grinder to the mounting lip to remove a couple of mill to make room for shell flex.

Is it cracking in the same place each time? I wonder if you have a high point.
