I went out to my mini today, the battery is flatter than a flat thing!! oh well its now on charge.

As Craig is speaking of Minis not working - mine failed to start on Friday morning, first time it's not started first time for me. Only just had a chance to look at it today and found spark plug No.4 almost completely undone! A quick tighten and all is now well.

twas a short blast in the old morris we stoped off for half hour lunchen and set off once more enjoying the afternoon sun.....


Adding to you flat batteries, i t was by far my biggest issue until i fitted a RED top optima starter battery.....

Now he goes of the key everytime......

I've put my probs down to the fact the car hasnt moved since Newark in October.

good point, mind you you still start them up each week just to lubricate the engine,

The year before last i put my mini away in Nov and left him for 5 months without starting him due to illness and in march i turned the key and he fired up, battery had held its charge.

i would total recomend them pricey but well worth it.
