Just got a new battery for my mini as the one I got last year decided to die completely!
Looking in halfords the cheapest 'classic mini' battery was £70 and on eBay about £50
So looking on other forums I found that an 063 battery will happily fit in a mini and is common so much cheaper.
On eBay I found a Bosch Silver 063 reduced from £60 to £39! It arrived today and is perfect!
It also comes with a 4 year guarantee. So if you're looking for a new battery now is a good time to get a cheap Bosch one!

Think mine is running a 063. its a snug fit but works a treat
