Mini Club Limburg (Belgium)

Mini Club Limburg (Belgium) will be holding their 6th mini meet during the weekend 16/17/18th August 2013 and there is no question we will be going back to join in with their fun.

Here is a rough guide on what happened in 2012.

Set up camp on the Friday.
Evening entertainment.

Saturday - after breakfast (inclusive) it was treasure hunt time. BBQ supplied in the evening and then 'party time' until the early hours.

Sunday - after breakfast (inclusive) we were out in convoy with the help of the local Harley club. The group was kept together and was bril. Lunch was supplied on our return.

Monday - dismantle camp and head home.

The cost for the weekend was 49 euros per person with we thought was well worth the money.

A well organized weekend and the club went out of their way to be helpful. Even the kids had a goodie bag. The weather was fantastic reaching the mid to late 30's. There was no static show or trade stands but we didn't miss them and to be honest they were not needed as it was a fun filled weekend.

In 2013 we plan to sail from Harwich to the Hook and the cost was £142 return (at today's quote). Travel time either side of the ferry is approx 2 hours which we think is well worth the extra ferry cost rather than going down to Dover as we did this time.

We will give out more info as we get it although we plan to get the ferry booked very soon to secure the good price.
