Help with wheel arches.
I have a 1987 mini city e. i have 12" alloys on 165 tyres and i wanted to get the mini sport non branded sports pack arches. I just wanted to know with the 12" wheels would i be able to fit this type of wheel arch and what spacers or work i would need to do?

Re: Help with wheel arches.
I do like the sportspack arches myself but you would probabaly want to put wider wheels on,
not really sure about spacers as people have different opinions about them.
Also this was mentioned a month or so ago on the forum;

Re: Help with wheel arches.
With Sportspack arches I would recomend the widest possible 12 inch wheels, 5.5 or 6 inches wide.

Re: Help with wheel arches.
I think it would look odd with 12 s and alot of spacers affect the minis wicked handling.
I no someone selling 12s but also has a set of 13s for sale me lol

I have 6x12's on my car, and my dad used them for a couple of weeks, and they fitted his sportspack arches well..

Re: Help with wheel arches.
standard sportspack wheels are 6x13" but they dont fill the rear arches very well (with spacers as standard) hence why every one puts 7x13's on.
I have seen deep dish 10" wheels with sportspack arches.
