Charity Rally

We got this email a few days ago, anyone interested? Sounds like it might be fun and we don't have anything else on that weekend.

Hi

i am the organizer of a charity car event to raise money for Leeway, Nelsons Journey and Alzheimer's. The event has been designed to be good fun and for local people to raise money for local charities.

On Sunday 17th October I am holding a promotional Treasure hunt to give everyone a taster of what the 2011 3 day event will be like.

The cost of entry is £12 per adult and £6.00 per child and that includes a 2 course carvery dinner at Dunston Hall.

At the presentation dinner we will show photos of the day, present the scores and prizes, there will be a raffle and charity auction. I believe this will be a great day for car enthusiasts and their families.

Last year i ran a test event with my local 4x4 club and next year I am opening the event up to 60 cars regardless of size or marque.
