One more job sorted for the year. The red 1000 (Misty) passed her MOT today.
Not too bad for a 24 year old. Needed two track rod ends (£9.97), Swivel joint adjustment (Free), Exhaust remounting (Free), Front valence welding on both sides (Couple of quid for materials), Headlight aim raising (Free)
So including the test fees, well under £70 for a years motoring. Not bad if I say so myself
Now about the two pages of advisories

I take it he didnt spot the leaking petrol cap. (I'm just glad there wasnt anyone smoking down my cul-de-sac when you left)

Not so much a leaking cap as an ultra-effective venting system
So effective infact, that it must have "vented" over a gallon
