This event is a non profit event with all proceeds going to the Norwich Macmillan Nurses. this event is being advertised in the press and on radio, so I am sending you this early so your members can get booked in. We have limited space so early booking is advisable. The event is on the 13th September 2009 on the field at the side and rear of the Hainford Chequers Inn, which will be open all day for refreshments and food.

Vehicles are free to enter, but we would ask displayers to purchase a £1 programme on entry. will all vehicles book in with me on Norwich (01603) 890361

this is Stanford Hall show weekend.

Keith if we don't go to Stanford hall we will attend this one..

I think I can safely say we are doing Stanford. Michelle booked the clubstand the other month.

Sorry...what i meant to say is if me and lolly dont come to Stanford then we (me and lolly) will go to this show instead..

been to Stanford toooooooo many times........

lol. considering it was the 'last' Stanford Hall in 2008. I like the drive there more to be honest.
