MiniWorld has been taken over

So Kelsey Publishing (who do modern mini) has anounced today that it has taken over the running of MiniWorld.


I am writing to inform you that as of today IPC Media will no longer be publishing MiniWorld magazine. The magazine has been sold to Kelsey Publishing.

The last issue published under IPC will be the December 2010 issue.

The MiniWorld team will now be based at the following address:

As expected although you won't find any news on the Miniworld website , well no news later than September 10th......

it would also explain why Monty left just after Stanford Hall.

i stopped buying both of them ages ago due to the major price hikes.

at least mini mag has as many storys now as adverts almost

I still buy both mags. I recently tried writing for Mini Magazine, using Jeff Ruggles as the middle man . I submitted an article to the editor and haven't had a sausage back , not even a rejection message. Fortunately I'm not bothered If they don't want my offerings as I don't have to write for a living. But I thought it would have been courteous in a polite way to at least tell me to go and boil my head. I like the way that in the past both magazines have employed individuals who are having intimate physical relations with senior editorial staff , not mentioning any names , but it helps pay the household bills each week.
Also my other gripe with the mags is that they take money from advertisers who are cowboys , offering sub-standard products and services , and giving them further publicity in various articles.
