This looks to be a fab charity event.  It's organised by the same people who do the Charity passenger rides event at Snetterton in November that I always rave about.  It looks like it will be a big event, not just cars (I know there are some of my lady biker group going too).

The details on their website, http://www.charityse.co.uk/spring-vehicle-fest-94-c.asp, are as follows:

Calling all petrol heads!... I'm not just talking about car lovers! If it has an engine it will be at our exciting Vehicle Fest event for all the family to come and see!

Held at the famous Former RAF Coltishall grounds on Sunday 10th May, we will bring life back to this historic landmark and provide a fun day out, one which will always be remembered!

There will be something for everyone including the opportunity to view some amazing vehicles close up.  Last year's event saw an amazing array of modified, classic / vintage, supercars and race cars as well as scooters, bikes and trikes!

Come and see all our 2015 'Show and Shine' vehicles, car club exhibits and craft / trade stands.  There's plenty to keep the children entertained too with children's rides and activities as well as refreshments.

To make this day possible We Want You...
Spectators
Volunteers
Trade Stands
Sponsors
Car Clubs

The event will be raising vital funds for local charities too from donations collected on the Car Club Challenge - we are throwing down the gauntlet to all car clubs to bring a mile of cars to our events - this can be achieved at one event or across all three charity events in 2015.  All you will need to do is make a donation per vehicle on the day to take part and the proceeds collected will be given directly to the charities we support on the day.  Each club that completes this mission will receive a trophy and media recognition of their support to the local charities - its as simple as that!

Everyone is being encouraged to embrace the nostalgia by dressing from the era of their vehicle, whether you are showing a vehicle or are just spectating you are welcome to join in, simply chose a decade! There will be trophies on the day for the 'Best Dressed Male' and 'The Best Dressed Female'.

Entry tickets are £10 per person (12 years +) and children ages 11 years and below go FREE!  Show and Shine entry for competitors is an additional £15 per vehicle / Car Club Challenge a donation on the day.  Gates open from 10am until 4pm on Sunday 10th May at former RAF Coltishall, Norfolk. Dogs allowed with responsible owners, anyone behaving irresponsibly and not clearing up after their dog will be asked to leave the venue.

On club stands it says:

We are looking for Vehicle Clubs to join us again at this amazing event which takes place at the famous RAF Coltishall grounds on Sunday 10 May 2015 which is promising to be even bigger and better! Our Vehicle Fest gives you the chance to show your amazing vehicles to the general public and or take part in our Show 'n' Shine competition or even better our Car Club Challenge!

We also have a trophy up for grabs again by the car clubs - which club will be the winners this time???? The Best Turned Out Car Club 2014 (judged on number of cars & overall look of the stand). Last year's winners for this competition at OUR Passenger Ride Experience & Motor Show were the 'Norfolk Fives Car Club' - Well done!

Want some awesome images of your vehicle but haven't had the opportunity before?
Torque Photography will be at the Spring Vehicle Fest with their commercial grade carbon fibre vehicle rig which allows them to create fast paced moving imagery. Spaces are limited to just 10 slots so don't waste time, visit http://torquephotography.co.uk/east-anglia-charity-rig-sho…/ to book in. 50% of the cost will be donated to the designated charities on the day so you get a double-whammy feel good factor too!!

Medics Unit / First Aid Arrangements – A number of First Aiders are on site on the day – please inform a volunteer (with a yellow high viz jacket on) to radio for first aid assistance and the nearest First Aider will assist.

Please check the weather report the night before and in the morning to ensure you are dressed appropriately.

Speed Limit in The Paddock - This is 10MPH for all drivers throughout the day. All volunteers are authorised to enforce this.

Lost/found Items - Any articles lost or found on site will be reported to the STR truck, where it will be logged and stored for up to one week after the event, before being donated to charity.

Lost Children / Vulnerable Person – This is initially in the STR truck. Theresa Taylor should be informed (First Point of Contact above), who will radio out to all Heads of Department in order that all volunteers can be informed. Lost Children / Vulnerable Person Procedures will then be implemented.

A very big thank you to your car club in supporting our event which is getting bigger and better every year!
We look forward to seeing all of your amazing cars on display!
