EAAA have confirmed the date and time today:

Hi Keith

Ok so we’ll say 11am – 11.15am on Sunday 17th, with a max of 20. We can aim to get one car airside, but security procedures have restricted somewhat since your last visit. We hope it will be a nice visit for the group overall though.

I doubt we’ll be able to clarify exactly what we will be allowed until the day itself and how things are then, if the helicopters are in for maintenance etc, but we can try!

Many thanks,

Jess
I asked if children are allowed and counted as part of the 20...

Hi Keith

I've sent a request across for the cars - so we'll see what they say. :-)

Yes children are allowed to visit and they are included within the 20. If there happens to be 23 guests it won't be the end of the world but it's more for safety and security that we need to keep the group to a fairly small size.

Many thanks,
Jess

So shall we meet at the McDonalds near the airport for, say, 10:30 - 10:45am? Or slightly earlier if you want to get something from the McDonalds breakfast menu. Mmmmmm.... bacon and egg McMuffin.

If anyone's not sure where I mean, looksee below:

Just had a mail from EAAA - can we make the arrival time closer to 11:15am rather than 11. I've said that's fine.
