Blue classic at West Winch

On my daily drive to work I keep seeing a blue classic mini with bodykit parked at West Winch. Is this a club member?

The blue mini has gone - last seen at Norfolk lavender last weekend. Looks like it's been replaced with a BINI. O well never mind.
