am i missing a joke here

I know that i'm a annoying newby and there may be some inhouse joke i'm just not getting but Ian is that a picture of fred west. I have been thinking this for a few days and I start to feel a little bit ill when I see it. If it should be a running joke or if I am mistaken it is not fred west please laugh at me if not I don't like it !

Yes it is Fred West. Those who know me realise I am into bad taste.

Looks fine to me, (cut, cut , thrust, slash) sort of guy you'd be happy to have a pint with (now, wheres my shovel?)
