ALEC POOLE'S 1969 CHAMPIONSHIP WINNING 970S

In 1969 Alec Poole won the British Saloon car championship with this 8 port fuel injected 970S prepared by Equipe Arden run by Jim Whitehouse.







In November 1969 MOTOR magazine tested the championship winning 970S and published these colour pics.
