One more to test things out.
The Mini Cooper 970S that won the 1969 British saloon car championship in the hands of Alec Poole.

Often at classic car shows we see MGB's with Rover V8 engines. This is the man who started it all off, Mini racer Ken Costello. This is a 1968 pic

October 4th 2000. The last Mini leaves the production line to be replaced at Longbridge by the Rover 75.
MG Rover Phoenix 4 fatcat Kevin Howe does the talking.
It has been pointed out to me that the Union Jack is still being painted as Mr Howe speaks !!
