Hi All

I have just registered on the forum with the view to attend one of the club meets and perhaps join the club. I've been mainly spending my time on the mini forum but a couple of people have mentioned this place so I thought I would give it a go.

I've lived in Norfolk for about 5 years with the girlfriend who is also a big Mini fan and we own 2 Mini's + 2 normal cars + a motorbike so quite a lot of toys. One of them is currently undergoing a bareshell rebuild in my garage. It's a 79 Austin Morris 1000 but will be very far from standard when it's complete, and the other is a 97 MPI Cooper that we purchased about 3 weeks ago.

I hope to see you around, perhaps the next club meet?!

I might make it on the 1st but unfortunately I won't have a mini available to attend in (Cooper is in for repairs), so maybe I'll wait until the next meet and come along then.

Hi Luke, welcome to the forum.

No need to bring your Mini along to the meeting, nor the Burger trail for that matter. Oh and meetings are at 8pm, not 7pm.

Welcome to the forum Luke

As said before hand your more than welcome to attend the events mentioned. We will also have 17+ Mini's at the Gala Day in Norwich on 6th Sept, so you cant miss the clubstand.

Stanford Hall show is prob the last real show of the year, (13th Sept) again you dont need a mini to attend this, as you'll just park up in the normal carpark. But the NMOc clubstand will be in the show field.

I will try and get along to the club meet on the 1st. Do I need to ask for anyone in particular?

Will there be a convoy going to Standford Hall ono the 13th? I was born in Leicester and lived there until the age of 21 so I know the roads very well around Stanford Hall would be good to drive around there in a mini.
