mk1 Mini for sale

Email recieved today from a member of the public.
I currently have a Mk1 Morris Mini for sale. It is a late 1961 early 62 car. It has low miles 2 previous owners and was restored in 2003. The car has had a bulk ring synchromesh conversion. The engine has been fully rebuilt. Has a 255 piper cross cam fitted along with a converted lead free head which has been ported and polished. The crank and fly wheel have been balanced. The last few months it has had a new clutch and a new battery fitted. The vast majority of the interior was new in 2003. all the original seats, steering wheel, carb and old engine parts are still available if they are wanted.
It has 12 months mot and 12 tax (even though it is tax exempt).
Would anyone in the club be interested in buying the car?
I live in Wymondham and work in Norwich if anyone would like to view it.
Im looking for £4500 for it.
